Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine
We are in search of an experienced and talented Executive Chef, specializing in Indian cuisine, to join our team at our restaurant in Clairvaux. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall culinary operations and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and creating innovative menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality and consistent dishes
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and teamwork
- Adhering to food safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. However, we will provide free visa sponsorship and airfare.
