Office Assistant
We are in need of an Office Assistant to join our team in Clairvaux. This position is suitable for men with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing files and documents, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is required, and fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month, plus accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate staff member
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Managing files, documents, and records
- Assisting with office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms or personnel
- Ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English (preferred but not required)
- Nepali nationality (preferred)
