We are hiring a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, prepare maps and reports, and provide accurate data for construction projects. This position is open for Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency and have no prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate reports and maps.
- Determine property boundaries and create legal descriptions of land.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure their proper functioning.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with no English proficiency requirement.
- No prior experience in the field is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
- Ability to interpret legal documents such as property deeds and plats.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
