Entry-Level Baker

We are a bakery in Wiltz, Luxembourg looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry-Level Baker to join our team. As a baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. No prior experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Monitor the oven temperature and baking times to ensure high-quality products
- Decorate and finish products with toppings, icings, or glazes
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in accordance with food safety regulations
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Must be passionate about baking and have a strong interest in learning new techniques
- Basic knowledge of ingredients, measurements, and baking techniques is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
