We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in Nairobi. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment used in our kitchen. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work efficiently under pressure. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for suitable candidates. This is an urgent job opening, so immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand or using commercial dishwashers
- Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized before use
- Sort and organize clean dishes for storage
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters and surfaces
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to company protocols
- Adhere to all health and safety standards while working in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail to ensure dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Physical stamina to handle standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects (up to 25lbs)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 900$ per month.
