Land Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land and topographical features to aid in the planning and development of construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure accurate and precise measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data on land features, including boundaries, elevations, and natural features
- Create detailed maps, diagrams, and reports from survey data
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure accuracy in design plans
- Provide guidance on land use regulations and zoning requirements
- Use biometric passport technology to accurately identify surveying locations
- Maintain records of survey data and prepare documentation for legal purposes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of land use regulations and zoning requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
