Architecture Manager



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects from conception to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the design process and provide guidance on material selection, structural systems, and construction methods
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Review and approve all project documents including drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Manage project changes and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and identify opportunities for training or development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Manager or similar role
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
