IT Manager


We are seeking a qualified IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our organization's overall technology strategy, ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are efficient, secure, and up-to-date. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an overall technology strategy for the organization
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
- Monitor and maintain our company's network and systems to ensure maximum efficiency and security
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that will improve our organization's productivity and efficiency
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Train employees on new technologies and ensure they are following best practices for data security
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or updates to our systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, databases, and cloud computing
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of diverse technical professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals
