Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Wiltz. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network and computer systems. Your main duties will include troubleshooting network issues, installing hardware and software, and ensuring the security of our systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades
- Install new hardware and software as needed
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime
- Maintain system security through regular updates and backups
- Create user accounts, manage permissions, and provide technical support to employees
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or improve existing systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and other network equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
