Finisher Supervisor

As a Finisher Supervisor, you will oversee the finishing process of various products in our manufacturing facility located in Wiltz. Your role will involve ensuring that the finished products meet quality standards, supervising and training a team of finishers, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the finishing process of products according to specifications
- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards
- Supervise and train a team of finishers
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finishing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
