Indian Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Indian cuisine while also incorporating modern techniques and trends
- Manage kitchen staff, train new employees and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and special menus for seasonal events or promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant, preferably specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, based on experience and qualifications.
