Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Albena, a beautiful coastal city in Bulgaria. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This position is open to Indian nationals who have experience and passion for floral design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays for weddings, parties, funerals, and other events
- Selecting the right combination of flowers, foliage, and accessories to create visually appealing arrangements
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
- Providing excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Collaborating with event planners and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of floral designs
- Managing costs and budgeting for each project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Creative flair with knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and accessories used in floral design
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Attention to detail with good time-management skills
- Physical dexterity for handling delicate flowers

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Albena, Bulgaria (accommodation provided)

Visa: Free visa sponsorship provided
