Merchandising Coordinator

The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the product selection and presentation for a retail store in the city of Albena, Pakistan. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of market trends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and merchandising, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required. The company will provide accommodation, visa sponsorship, and tickets for the selected candidate. Fluency in English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers to select products for the store based on customer preferences and market trends
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by tracking sales data, monitoring stock levels, and reordering products as needed
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create attractive displays that maximize sales potential
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement is accurate and visually appealing
- Assist with pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product selection decisions
- Provide support during peak seasons or special events as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in merchandising or fashion is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu or Punjabi is a plus
- Keen eye for detail and ability to analyze data to make informed merchandising decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis purposes
- Experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus but not required

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Albena, Pakistan (accommodation provided)
