Land Surveyor


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bansko. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating accurate maps and data for various construction, engineering, or land development projects. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of surveying operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Create accurate maps and data using survey measurements, calculations, and computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or errors and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare reports, drawings, and other documents based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements and provide technical support
- Manage survey equipment and maintain its proper functioning
- Comply with all safety procedures and regulations while conducting surveys in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using CAD software for map creation
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or discrepancies

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Bansko (Preference for Indian candidates)
