Job Title: Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bansko. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, ideal for English-speaking professionals of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating timelines and tracking progress
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or directing them to the appropriate person
- Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is in working order

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
