Administrative Assistant
We are currently hiring for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bansko. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
