Surveyor - Plovdiv, Egypt/Kenya
As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys and measurements of land and buildings in the city of Plovdiv. Working independently or as part of a team, you will use specialized equipment to accurately determine property boundaries, topography, and other important features for construction, development, or legal purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret maps and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Egyptian/Kenyan nationality preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and topography using specialized equipment
- Prepare accurate drawings, maps, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey information for construction projects
- Assist with legal boundary disputes by providing expert testimony in court if needed
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Travel to different locations within Plovdiv to conduct surveys as needed
Salary: $1600 per month
