Surveyor - Land and Property Specialist

As a Surveyor specializing in land and property, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, measurements, and assessments of various properties. You will work with clients to determine their specific needs and objectives, and then use your expertise to provide accurate reports and recommendations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will also need to have a deep understanding of land laws and regulations in the city of Plovdiv.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys of land and properties using specialized equipment
- Analyzing survey data and preparing detailed reports for clients
- Providing expert advice on property boundaries, zoning regulations, and other land-related matters
- Collaborating with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and lawyers
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and client information
- Keeping up-to-date with local land laws and regulations
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Identifying potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and finding solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a Surveyor preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of land laws and regulations in Plovdiv
- Ability to use specialized surveying equipment
- Proficient in computer programs such as AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical fitness for working outdoors

Salary: 1800$ per month
