We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various manufacturing tasks. You will use blueprints and instructions to load raw materials, set up tools, and run programs to produce precision parts. Attention to detail and technical proficiency are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load raw materials onto the machine and choose appropriate cutting tools
- Run programs, monitor machine operations, and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Knowledge of G-code programming language is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
