Smelter Operator


We are a leading smelting company based in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, known for its stunning views and rich history. We are currently seeking an experienced Smelter Operator to join our team.

As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our smelting equipment to produce high-quality metal products. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment such as furnaces, crucibles, and ladles according to established procedures
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow of materials throughout the smelting process
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Smelter Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of smelting processes and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Physical stamina to work in a hot and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
