Debt Collection Specialist


We are seeking a diligent and experienced Debt Collection Specialist to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients via phone, email, and mail to discuss outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and payment arrangements with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication and collection efforts
- Identifying delinquent accounts and taking appropriate action to collect payments
- Liaising with legal counsel if necessary to initiate legal proceedings
- Providing regular updates on collection activities to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in debt collection or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and with sensitivity
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade clients to fulfill their financial obligations
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
