Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can effectively lead and coordinate a team of architects to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop architectural designs that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time, while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure the successful completion of all architectural projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop detailed project plans
- Oversee the design process, including creating drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
- Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure that it stays on track and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is being carried out according to the plans
- Make any necessary adjustments or modifications to designs based on feedback from clients or stakeholders
- Mentor and train junior architects in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Moscow, Russia (foreigners welcome)
