Job Title: Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Moscow. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation, but we do offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Review and approve all architectural designs and plans before they are submitted to clients or authorities for approval
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is following approved plans and specifications
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, construction, and interior design to ensure seamless project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects within budget and schedule constraints
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: $1600 per month
