Job Title: Information Technology Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee the technology operations of our St. Petersburg office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software and networks
- Develop and implement technology strategies to meet company goals
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software
- Provide technical support to employees in the office
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend upgrades when necessary
- Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with vendor contracts negotiation
- Familiarity with data protection regulations
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: St. Petersburg (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
