Florist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and corporate events. Your main duties will include selecting and purchasing flowers, creating unique arrangements, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Select appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials for each arrangement
- Create beautiful and unique floral arrangements following design trends and client requests
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies to ensure availability
- Carefully package arrangements for delivery or display purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and addressing concerns
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Attend events to set up floral displays as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, and their characteristics
- Ability to create unique floral arrangements according to client preferences
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy vases or containers
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
