Loader Supervisor

The Loader Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of loaders at our warehouse in Al Ahmadi. They will ensure that all loading operations are carried out efficiently and safely, meeting established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is suitable for men who are Malayalee and have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of loaders, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that all loading operations are carried out accurately, efficiently, and safely
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Communicate with upper management on any issues or inefficiencies within the loading process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions if necessary
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Must be Malayalee with own visa
