A reputable oil and gas company in Salalah, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. This is an urgent job opportunity with a competitive salary of 1200$. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in the oil and gas industry. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that instruments are functioning properly and efficiently. Your main duties will include troubleshooting, calibrating, testing, and repairing instruments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. You must possess strong technical skills and knowledge of various instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, control valves, etc. A relevant diploma or certificate in instrumentation or a related field is also required.

This is a physically demanding role that may require working at heights or in confined spaces. Therefore, you must be physically fit and able to adhere to all safety protocols at all times. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential qualities for this position.
