We are hiring an experienced and innovative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects, ensuring they comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and provide input on design feasibility
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, building materials, and construction techniques to improve design processes
- Mentor junior team members in CAD software techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely

Salary:
