Job Title: Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations and codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team. Previous experience in commercial or residential architecture is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural design and construction projects
- Lead project team in developing design concepts and solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Review project plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues as needed
- Communicate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Chelyabinsk. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
