Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Greet and assist visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Chelyabinsk (Filipino candidates preferred)
This is a full-time position, but part-time arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates.
