We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Barber, excellent customer service skills, and must be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, and hot towel shaves to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use
- Promote and sell additional services or products to clients
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport for employment in Russia
- Fluent in Russian language preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this position is $1300 per month. Our barbershop caters primarily to Indian clientele, therefore we prefer candidates who are familiar with Indian hair types and styles. However, all nationalities are welcome to apply.
