We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems. Your role will involve working closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing construction plans for infrastructure projects
- Conducting site investigations and surveys to collect data for project planning
- Collaborating with architects and contractors to determine project specifications
- Evaluating potential risks and providing solutions to mitigate them
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Managing project timelines and ensuring completion within set deadlines
- Reviewing and approving contractor bids for materials, equipment, or labor services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia is preferred
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
