As a Babysitter in Izhevsk, Russia, you will be responsible for providing quality care and supervision to children while their parents are away. You will ensure their safety and well-being, engage them in age-appropriate activities, and create a nurturing and stimulating environment for them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor children's activities, ensuring their safety at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks according to the children's preferences and any dietary restrictions
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Assist with homework or school projects as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Follow the parents' instructions regarding their child's routines, discipline methods, etc.
- Administer basic first aid if needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog) language
- Experience caring for children of various ages
- A genuine love for children and a nurturing personality
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed
