As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to create scalable and efficient solutions. Your role will also involve researching new techniques and technologies in the field of machine learning to continuously improve our products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models and algorithms for various applications such as natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand project requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Conduct research on new techniques and technologies in the field of machine learning.
- Monitor the performance of existing models and make necessary improvements.
- Communicate findings and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, decision trees, clustering, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other database tools.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
