Quality Assurance Tester

Our growing software development company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Ashdod. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating our software products to ensure they meet functional and design requirements. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. This position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience.

As a Quality Assurance Tester, your primary responsibility will be to test software products for bugs, glitches, and errors. You will also be responsible for creating test plans and test cases based on functional requirements and design specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues as well as provide detailed reports on testing results.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software development processes and quality assurance principles. You must also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to think critically when identifying potential issues. Previous experience with testing tools such as Selenium or JIRA is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Test software products for functionality, usability, and performance
- Create test plans and test cases based on functional requirements
- Collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Provide detailed reports on testing results
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes have been implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in quality assurance processes
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to think critically when identifying potential issues
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium or JIRA is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod (remote work options available)

Employment Type: Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
