Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Herzliya. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for a variety of events and occasions. This position requires a strong eye for detail and design, as well as the ability to work with different types of flowers and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences for floral arrangements
- Design and create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various events such as weddings, funerals, parties, etc.
- Source and purchase flowers, plants, and other materials needed for each project
- Arrange flowers in vases or other containers according to design plans
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' requests and making appropriate recommendations
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their characteristics
- Strong eye for detail and design
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if necessary

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Herzliya

Preference: Indians or foreigners with relevant experience. No English required but must be able to communicate effectively with clients. Accommodation provided if needed. Urgent hiring.

Note: This job does not require prior experience or English language skills. We welcome applicants who are dedicated, passionate about floristry, have an eye for design, have good communication skills in any language (including Hebrew), are able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
