We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius. As a BIM Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of buildings and structures using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop 3D models of buildings and structures using BIM software
- Create detailed drawings and documentation for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models and documentation
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in BIM technology
- Provide support for project managers during the construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with BIM software
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software
- Strong understanding of building construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in creating detailed construction drawings

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. However, we are open to candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate.
