Merchandiser (Freshers Welcome) - Sheduva, Lithuania
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in the Sheduva area. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in the merchandising industry. Your main responsibilities will include merchandising products on shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with promotional events. You will also need to build strong relationships with store managers and ensure that all products are displayed according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and merchandise products on shelves according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure stock availability
- Participate in promotional events and assist with product demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with store managers to gain support for new products or promotions
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed according to company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement and adherence to company guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in merchandising is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
