Bilingual Moderator (English/French)


We are seeking a bilingual moderator to join our team in Kaunas. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums, ensuring that all content is appropriate and in line with company guidelines. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and French, as well as experience in community management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online culture and trends, as well as the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, without accommodation provided but with free visa and ticket available. Women are encouraged to apply.

As a bilingual moderator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring online communities and forums to ensure compliance with company policies
- Responding to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Engaging with community members to foster positive relationships and promote brand awareness
- Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Identifying trends and potential issues within the community and proactively addressing them

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in community management or moderation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of current online trends, culture, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
