Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Kaunas. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid operator's license. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation as it will not be provided by the company. We welcome applications from both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Keep track of inventory and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid operator's license for the specific type of equipment being operated
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and job site plans
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction sites or in similar environments
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
