Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Siauliai is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are accurate and meet building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create design concepts and resolve any technical issues
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and monitor progress of construction projects
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs are compliant
- Create detailed material lists for construction projects
- Communicate with contractors to ensure plans are being followed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or related field
- Proficient in CAD software and other design programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai (candidates from other cities in Lithuania may also be considered)
