Seasonal Executive Chef
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Siauliai. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create seasonal menus that incorporate local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure high quality standards are maintained
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events or special menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Creative approach to menu planning and ability to adapt to changing trends
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in multicultural environments is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this seasonal position. Accommodation will be provided, as well as free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket.
