Executive Chef for Egyptian Cuisine in Siauliai
Are you passionate about Egyptian cuisine and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our Egyptian restaurant in Siauliai. As an experienced chef, you will be responsible for creating and developing authentic and delicious Egyptian dishes, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our customers.
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef, preferably with experience in Egyptian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the kitchen team
Responsibilities:
- Create menus and develop new dishes with a focus on authentic Egyptian flavors
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met at all times
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions featuring Egyptian cuisine
Salary: $1400 per month
