Junior Architectural Technologist - Washington, USA


We are in search of a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Architectural Technologist to join our fast-growing team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with no prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architectural technologists and architects on various projects
- Assist with creating detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD and other software
- Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements as needed
- Research building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have valid work permit or own visa for employment in the USA
