Junior Architectural Designer



As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our team of experienced architects to create innovative and functional designs for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating architectural drawings, models, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and solutions
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Prepare documentation for permit applications and construction drawings
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, budget, and schedule
- Communicate effectively with team members and external consultants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and visually in presentations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn from experienced architects
- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt quickly
- Indian nationality preferred
