Senior Architect for Indian Students in Washington

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Washington. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from initial concept to final construction. This includes developing design plans, conducting site visits, and collaborating with engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are executed accurately
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet budget and timeline goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $900 per month (without accommodation)

Location: Washington (no English language proficiency required)
