Sales Manager for Indian Market in Washington, USA


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Indian market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Indian market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in India
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends in the Indian market
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure new contracts
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong understanding of cultural differences between India and the USA
- Ability to travel frequently within India for client meetings (visa sponsorship provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
