Concierge for International Guests in Atlanta
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Concierge to provide exceptional service to our international guests in Atlanta. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs during their stay, including making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome international guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out process
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared according to requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and restaurants to provide recommendations to guests
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
- Keep records of guest interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of the Atlanta area is preferred
- Experience using reservation systems is a plus
