Head Chef at High-End Egyptian Restaurant in Las Vegas



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end Egyptian restaurant in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to showcase their creativity and expertise in preparing authentic Egyptian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menu items that reflect the unique flavors and ingredients of Egyptian cuisine
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in all dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special dishes for events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Egyptian cuisine, including traditional recipes and techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of cooks and other kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating visually appealing dishes
- Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control methods
- Basic English proficiency is required; fluency is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per week.

Location:
This position is located in Las Vegas, known for its vibrant culinary scene and diverse international cuisine options. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
