Job Title: Welder (Indian Nationals Only)

We are a Las Vegas-based construction company seeking experienced Welders from India to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts, as well as performing repairs and maintenance on various structures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of welding experience, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts according to specifications
- Perform repairs and maintenance on structures using various welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and quality control
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical strength and stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects

Compensation:
- Salary of $1600 per month
- Part-time positions available (20 hours per week)
- Accommodation provided for out-of-town employees
- Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in the United States
